Question :
I live in Germany, and our brothers the Turks who live here have determined the date of the beginning of the fast of Ramadan to be Friday, so should I fast with them, or fast according to the beginning of Ramadan in Jordan?

Wait until you see what is announced in Arab countries, and fast with the country nearest to you. And Allah knows best.
