We advise you to fear Allah, overlook errors, forgive, let go of the past, and try to reconcile with your uncle once and for all. If you do so then Allah will reward you for keeping ties of kinship, winning hearts of relatives, and bearing harm in exchange for enjoying a pure and sound heart. However, if the situation is as bad as you have described then don`t severe ties with him permanently; rather, try to make it temporary and conditional since staying away could, sometimes, be healthier .
